This selected Roasted Cod, drizzled with Olive Oil and Garlic, presents one of the true flavours of traditional Portuguese cuisine. This is not just another of our selections. It offers a distinctive aroma, as the cod is charcoal-grilled, just as it was prepared in the old days.
In the first stage, the cod is soaked to remove excess salt and only then grilled over charcoal. It is then gently hand-packed into tins and covered with olive oil and slices of garlic.
Ideal for appetisers and quick, healthy recipes for the whole family, combining two nutritious ingredients: Cod and Olive Oil.
