How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service. Any free-shipping promotions will appear automatically when eligible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to Europe. Rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout based on your address.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Processing is usually 1–2 business days, then transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please message us as soon as possible with your order number.

What’s your return policy?

Because we sell food, we can’t accept returns of opened items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

My package arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the outer box, inner packing, and affected items. Then reach out within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
