How can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@portuguesecannedseafood.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll make it right.
How should I store tinned seafood?
Store unopened tins in a cool, dry place. After opening, transfer leftovers to a sealed container and refrigerate; enjoy within 1–2 days.
